Leg Workout

Deadlift  5 sets of a weight you can lift for 6-8 reps

Standing Calf Raises 5 sets of 15

Barbell Squat   5 sets of 10-12

Dumb bell lunges  5 sets 10-12 

Leg Press 4 sets reps: 20, 15, 10, 5
